Students spent today working on activities related to the Five Themes of Geography. Some students were putting last minute touches on their Create-a-Continent (many of which were graded today). Others worked on a Human-Environment Interaction activity where they decided the most habitable location on their continent. Still others worked on activities related to the New Stone Age.

Tomorrow, we'll continue our work on some of these activities, and will focus more on the changes that took place between the Old Stone Age and the New Stone Age.

As a reminder or two...

If any students wish to view the Place Presentation (including the physical feature definitions) at home, they can go to the Handouts Section of this website to view or download a copy.

Also, Mrs. Ackerman has put together a Quia Review page for the physical features. This page includes interactive flashcards and a few review games. Feel free to use this page to help you study the physical features!

Have a great evening!
